Kansai Factory Parkerizing Treatment
It contributes widely as rust prevention and as a base for painting!
"Parkarizing treatment (phosphate treatment)" is one of the representative methods of chemical treatment, which generates a thin film (on the micron order) of metal salts such as zinc phosphate on the surfaces of metals like steel and zinc. Its industrial purpose was originally to prevent rust on metal products such as tools, but in recent years, it has been widely adopted as a standard method for industrial products, including automobiles, with the aim of making paint films less likely to peel off and preventing rust from spreading even if the paint film is scratched. Aside from serving as a paint base, it is also important for facilitating plastic processing in metal drawing, forging, and extrusion processes when used in conjunction with lubricants. We are equipped with large treatment tanks (2500×2500×10000mm) as well as smaller treatment tanks to meet our customers' diverse needs. *For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
